Core planning docs in docs/ should stay geography-agnostic. Country-specific launch assumptions, payout rails, partner choices, regulatory notes, and go-to-market details belong in this directory.

Current dossiers

• brazil.md - Brazil-specific notes in pt-BR, centered on Pix, local partner choices, and launch considerations
• switzerland.md - Switzerland-specific notes in English, centered on bank-based payouts, compliance expectations, and launch considerations

• brazil-partners.md - Expanded partner landscape for Brazil, including Dock, QI Tech, Bankly, Pismo, Celcoin, and specialist watchlist options

Guidance

• Add new countries as separate files rather than baking local assumptions into the core docs.
• Keep the core product thesis, ledger model, and employer workflow consistent across countries.
• Document local rails, regulation, partner dependencies, and target verticals here.
